Book a private! Flow Motion Fit is available to teach Silks, Sling/Hammock, Lyra, Pole, Yoga, and Strength Training.
Walk-ins are not accepted as this is a home studio. Bookings close 2 hours before class start time.
Aerial classes are held outdoors, so the schedule may shift based on weather and sunset times.
